Understand Your Account

We have made the account management process as easy as possible. To make changes to your account, log in with your username and password, then head to the My Account section by clicking the button in the top right hand side of the screen on desktop. On mobile, open the sandwich menu on the top left and tap your name.

From there you can see your past order history. You can also click View Addresses to add or edit shipping addresses.

If you have any active subscriptions, click Manage Subscription to see a list. Clicking on a subscription will take you to another screen where you can edit quantities of items within that subscription, pause future deliveries, and many other useful options. It's all very flexible!

While we want to provide our customers with flexibility, to guarantee we provide the freshest seafood possible we do need a little time to plan ahead. This is why we ask for all changes to be made by our Wednesday deadline.

 

*The cut-off for any skipped deliveries, re-activations, product changes, or information updates made online is 11:59pm EST on the Wednesday before your next delivery. Emails need to reach our Customer Care team at info@seafoodcrate.com by Wednesday at 5pm. All successful changes will be confirmed by email.

Best fish

Totally in love with your tuna. It's so good to be able to get sushi grade. I made a tuna tataki. Salmon also very good.

First order, excellent products, very impressive

After I placed the order, Baz the manager called me personally to confirm & make sure my order is correct & if I'v any questions, excellent way to connect with his customers, he delivered personally all the way to my downtown condo...nice gentleman! You can track the delivery on the GPS app came with delivery notice in ur cell, so no need to stay home & worry if u gonna missed ur delivery. The order was packed in a strong cardboard box with top, bottom & 4 sides insulation wrap in plastic with pieces of ice in a plastic bag on top to keep my order fresh, the best insulated delivery box I even received. My order is fresh, excellent high quality tasty salomn & tuna Sashimi...I'd it for dinner, nothing else, very filling & satisfying...it was awesome because I ate all of it...lol, yummiest. I haven't try the salmon roe, rainbow trout & the crab meats, planning to stir fry with egg whites & green onion like an omelette, probably steam the trout Chinese style with salmon roe on top, over all 5 stars × 2 to: customer care service, packaging, delivery with a tracking app so u wouldn't missed ur delivery, excellent high quality products, u can't ask for anything more...highly recommended.
