Black Cod

• Species: Anoplopoma Fimbria
• Previously Frozen

• Region of Origin: Alaskan/British Columbian Waters
• Features: Wild Caught

Also known as "butterfish," black cod has a rich, buttery flavor with a pearly white color and a smooth, velvety texture. This is why it is such a worldwide delicacy. Serve it to your guests at a dinner party and see their eyes light up after the first bite. Or watch picky eaters who "don't like fish" ask for seconds! Black Cod is truly in a class of its own.

refreshing new way to buy fish

So far we've tried the grouper which was good but not as tasty as black grouper. Then we tried the halibut and it was excellent. Black cod will be next on seafood night.
