We have made the account management process as easy as possible. To make changes to your account, simply log in with your username and password, then head to the ‘My Account’ section by clicking the button in the top right hand side of the screen. From there you’ll be able to make changes to your subscriptions under the ‘My Crates’ tab where you can pause your subscription to skip weeks, reactivate a subscription, or remove a crate you didn’t enjoy.
While we want to provide our customers with flexibility, to guarantee we provide the freshest seafood possible we do need a little time to plan ahead. This is why we ask for all changes to be made by our Wednesday deadline.
*The cut-off for any skipped deliveries, reactivations, product changes, or information updates made online is 11:59pm EST on the Wednesday before your next delivery. Emails need to reach our Customer Care team by Wednesday at 5pm. All successful changes will be confirmed by email.
Note: It is not possible to make changes aside from meal selections to your first order or a prepaid order. If you need to make changes or skip a prepaid order, simply get in touch with our Customer Care team to make the change for you by calling 1-844-72-CRATE or emailing email@example.com.
