Buttery lobster rolls are quick and easy to make. Seafood Crate’s cooked lobster meat just needs to be heated and seasoned and you’re pretty much done!
INGREDIENTS
6 oz. cooked lobster meat
Kosher salt
½ stick unsalted butter
2 split-top hot dog buns
1.5 tablespoons minced fresh chives
1 teaspoon minced fresh tarragon
Paprika, for topping
DIRECTIONS
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the buns and toast, turning, until golden on both sides, about 3 minutes. Remove to a plate.
Wipe out the skillet. Add the remaining 3 tablespoons butter and the lobster meat. Reduce the heat to medium low and cook, stirring gently, until the lobster is just warmed through, 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the chives and tarragon; season with salt. Divide among the buns; sprinkle with paprika.

TIPS AND TRICKS
The recipe calls for a ½ stick of unsalted butter but we’ve successfully made this with a little less. It’s just as tasty only not as buttery!
