Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese , softened
- 2 cups sour cream
- 12-14 ounces fresh crabmeat
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups cheddar cheese , shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions , sliced thinly
- Salt and pepper; to taste
- Crackers of your choice
DirectionsÂ
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all the ingredients, except for crackers, into a large bowl before transferring to a baking dish.
- Cook for 45-55 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve with crackers.
