  • 2 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 TBSP Dijon Mustard
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 2 TBSP Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp Kosher Salt
  • ¼ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Garnish:

  • Freshly Chopped Parsley
  • Fresh Lemon Wedges

Instructions

  1. Whisk the fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard, olive oil, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper together in a medium mixing bowl. Set aside two tablespoons of the marinade to use after the meat has been cooked. Dry the salmon fillets and serve them in a serving dish with sides. Pour the marinade over the fillets, coat thoroughly, and set aside 30 minutes to an hour.
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat, between 375 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Clean and oil the grill grates before placing the salmon fillets skin side down on the grill. Grill the fillets for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
