Curry Grilled Salmon Steak

Fire up the BBQ, and embrace your inner grill master with THIS Curry Grilled Salmon Steak. This recipe is bursting with flavour, and is incredibly easy to make… what more could you want?!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 salmon steaks
- ½ lemon; sliced thinly
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat your grill to medium high heat.
- In a small bowl, add curry powder, paprika, salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix together until well combined.
- Arrange the four salmon steaks onto a plate.
- Using a basting brush, coat the salmon steaks with the curry mixture.
- Add the salmon steaks to a BBQ and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked and flaky.
- Serve!
